He is author of Guía de despacho (2010; winner of the National Young Poet Competition), Rascacielos (Mexico, 2008, Buenos Aires, 2011; winner of the National Book Council fellowship), and Atar las naves (2003; winner of the Víctor Jara Arts Festival). In addition, he co-authored the anthology Decepciones, by Philip Larkin, and the album Agua en polvo (2012; winner of the Fund for the Promotion of Chilean Music).
Mary Ellen Stitt is an MA candidate in Latin American Studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she also works as a community organizer. Originally from the rural US South, she graduated from Carleton College, has studied or worked in Chile, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Spain, and Brazil, and spends as much time as she can translating the books that she loves.
