Uljana Wolf is poet, translator, and editor who was born in East Berlin. Her poems have been published in journals and anthologies worldwide, such as Das Gedicht, manuskripte, kursywa, Poetry Ireland Review, Lyrik von Jetzt (Dumont, 2003), New European Poetry (Graywolf, 2008), Dichten No. 10: 16 New German Poets (Burning Deck, 2008), the Chicago Review, Harper’s Bazaar, Luces Intermitentes. Nueve poetas recientes de Alemania (Guadalajara, Mexico) and Telephone Journal. Wolf published two books of poetry, kochanie ich habe brot gekauft (kookbooks 2005) and falsche freunde (kookbooks 2009), as well as the essay “BOX OFFICE” about the prose poem (Lyrikkabinett München, 2009). For her work, Wolf has been awarded several prizes and grants, such as the Peter-Huchel-Preis and the Dresdner Lyrikpreis (both 2006), the RAI Medienpreis at Lyrikpreis Meran (2008) and a grant from the Deutsche Literaturfonds. She translates numerous poets into German, mostly from English, among them Matthea Harvey, Christian Hawkey, Erín Moure, and Cole Swensen, and was the co-editor of the 2009 Jahrbuch der Lyrik (Fischer Verlag). A selection of her work in Spanish, Fronteras del languaje, translated by Vladimir Garcia Morales, was published by La Bella Varsovia/Cosmopoética (Córdoba 2011).

Betsy Fagin is the author of Poverty Rush (Three Sad Tigers, 2011), the science seemed so solid (dusie kollektiv, 2011), Belief Opportunity (Big Game Books Tinyside, 2008), Rosemary Stretch (dusie e/chap, 2006) and For every solution there is a problem (Open 24 Hours, 2003) in addition to a number of self-published chapbooks.She received degrees in literature and creative writing from Vassar College and Brooklyn College and completed her MLS degree at the University of Maryland where she was an ALA Spectrum Scholar. Recent work appears in The Recluse, Brooklyn Rail, and Upstairs at Duroc. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and has worked as one of the librarians at the Occupy Wall Street People’s Library since September 2011.

Writer, vocalist, and sound artist, Latasha N. Nevada Diggs is the author of three chapbooks, Ichi-Ban and Ni-Ban (MOH Press), Manuel is destroying my bathroom (Belladonna*), and the album, Televisíon. Her work has been published in Rattapallax, Black Renaissance Noir, Nocturnes, Spoken Word Revolution Redux, The Black Scholar, P.M.S, Jubilat, Everything But the Burden, and Muck Works to name a few. As a vocalist, she has worked with many artists including Vernon Reid, Akilah Oliver, Mike Ladd, Butch Morris, Gabri Christa, Shelley Hirsch, Burnt Sugar, Edwin Torres, Elliot Sharp, Mendi + Keith Obadike, Bernard Lang, Vijay Iyer, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Towa Tei, and Guillermo E. Brown. She has received scholarships, residencies, and fellowships from Cave Canem, Harvestworks Digital Media Arts Center, Naropa Institute, Caldera Arts, New York Foundation for the Arts (2003/2009), the Eben Demarest Trust, Harlem Community Arts Fund, and the Barbara Deming Memorial
Grant for Women. LaTasha currently curates and directs events with The Black Rock Coalition Orchestra. She is a Harlem Elohi Native.
